BIO: Growing up in rural Wisconsin, Sophie has always lived a life centered around and integrated with nature. After realizing the abundance of naturally occurring pigments in our environment, she began her journey of mastering natural dyeing. She specializes in botanically dyeing cellulose fibers, with a particular love for linen. Block printing became an early fascination for her, as the use of ancient techniques holds particular value in her eyes.
