Class Description: Discover the satisfaction and fun of creating new clothe from old. Beloved, well- worn items can be transformed into a variety of fabrics from sturdy floor rugs to soft and pliable throws. It is not just economy but a preservation of memory and your life’s history.
List of items students need to bring: sharp scissors, a selection of fabrics from your life…special garments, clothe that reflects your history or that of a loved one. I prefer a mixture of textures—knits(socks sweaters, tee-shirts) and non-stretch –corduroy or denim
